Product Overview
The Zinwave 8000 is a versatile, future-ready Distributed Antenna System (DAS) designed to provide reliable wireless coverage across diverse environments such as airports, hospitals, enterprises, and public venues. With seamless support for cellular, public safety, and private wireless systems, the Zinwave 8000 ensures exceptional connectivity for all communication needs. The system is optimized for scalability and simplicity, delivering advanced performance with minimal infrastructure complexity.
Key Features
- Comprehensive Wireless Support: Operates across cellular, public safety, and private network frequencies.
- Flexible Frequency Range: Covers 150 MHz to 5000 MHz with configurations in SISO, 2x2 MIMO, and 4x4 MIMO.
- High Power Capability: Delivers 28 dBm composite power across multiple bands for consistent performance.
- Scalable Architecture: Supports single-star and double-star topologies, capable of deploying up to 64 remote units.
- Standard Cabling: Uses single-mode fiber (SMF) to connect hubs and remote units, reducing installation costs.
- Future-Ready Design: New services can be added without hardware changes, making the system highly adaptable.
System Components
- Primary Hub: Converts RF signals to optical signals and connects to remote units or secondary hubs. Supports up to four service modules and eight optical modules. Provides web-based GUI for configuration and monitoring. (Power: 110/230V AC, 80W).
- Secondary Hub: Extends the reach of the system by connecting to the primary hub via fiber. It powers remote units through integrated 48V DC power supply and supports up to eight connected remote units.
- Remote Units: Convert optical signals back to RF and amplify them for transmission. Available in SISO, 2x2, and 4x4 MIMO configurations, these units ensure seamless wireless coverage over wide frequency ranges.
- Point of Interface (POI): Manages RF inputs and outputs across multiple bands. Features eight duplex and eight simplex ports with a maximum input power of 5W per port. Includes Bluetooth and Ethernet connectivity for remote management.
